After taking over the business of Sparsh Polymers, we have grown by leaps and bounds under the guidance of our promoter's experience. Our turnover which was a humble in lacs in 2004-05 has grown to 12 times for the fiscal year of 2009. Our consistent production and business approach has also helped us in working with some of the well known names in Automobile, Electrical, Telecommunication and home appliance Industry. The success achieved in the recent past has not let our zeal to grow diminish. Working towards bringing constant enhancements in our production activities, we had imported two twin screw machines (complete compounding line) and testing equipments from China. We realize that our main aim is not only to produce quality products and earn profits but also to offer complete satisfaction to our clients.
Product & Process
The company is
engaged in manufacturing/Compounding of engineering plastic raw
material like PP, PC, ABS, NYLON, PBT, HIPS, etc. The compounding is
the process of blending and reinforcing of different material,
chemical, colors, and fibers into basic virgin raw material. It has
different stages, First we take the fresh material and according to the
requirement of customers we put some chemical/color modifier to give
extra strength to the material as per requirement of customer, we put
all the additives along with the basic material being heat up in oven
at required temperature. As per the requirement of customer we
reinforced glass fiber, calcium mica and made treatment of Fire
retardant/Heat retardant.

state of the art manufacturing unit in India, which is established with
various technically advanced compounds making Twin screed lines, with

- Rheological Properties: Melt index, viscosity.
- Visual Properties: Colour, light / weather resistance, microscopy.
- Processing characteristics: Extrusion (Strip, tube, blown/cast film), injection molding, pressure filter test, kneading test.
- Instrumental analysis:
Chromatography (GC, HPLC), spectroscopy (FTIR) Along with these above
mentioned tests, we also conduct other tests like density, moisture,
ash content, burning behaviour and particle size distribution.
